Brand

BUFF® is a Spanish brand founded in 1992 by Juan Rojas , who was passionate about motorcycle racing . He realized he needed simple accessories to protect his neck and head from approaching winds , chills , or harsh sunlight during his rides .

Rojas was inspired by the idea of creating a multifunctional military-style scarf that could transform into various forms like mask or headwrap . Through experimentation at his family’s textile factory using different materials & cuts , Rojas successfully produced seamless microfiber cylindrical scarves . After testing prototypes among friends & athlete acquaintances , the first collection of seamless bandanas under BUFF® launched in 1992 .

In 2017 , BUFF® greatly expanded its range offering not just bandanas but additional head covering items suitable for both sports & everyday life.
