• 600D PES RIPSTOP is a very strong and wear-resistant polyester-based fabric. It can be used in two versions – a more robust Super Polytex and a lighter 225D Ripstop Polytex. Like all backpacks, it has a polyurethane (PU) coating for additional water resistance. However, it’s important to remember that it does not guarantee 100% protection against moisture exposure over time, as the seams and zippers on the backpack are not sealed, so it’s essential to use a rain cover, which, by the way, comes included with all Deuter biking backpacks.
