Brand

BUFF® is a Spanish brand whose history began in 1992 when Joan Rojas, passionate about motorcycles and owner of a Catalan textile factory, came up with the idea for a simple accessory to protect the neck and head from wind, cold, and scorching sun to make motorcycle riding more comfortable.

Rojas liked the idea of ​​a multifunctional military scarf that could transform into a mask or headscarf. Experimentation at his family’s textile factory with various materials culminated in Rojas finding a way to produce seamless microfiber cylindrical scarves. After prototypes were tested by relatives and friends as well as athletes known to Rojas , in 1992 BUFF® launched its first collection of seamless bandanas.
