Brand

BUFF® is a Spanish brand that began its journey in 1992 when Juan Rojas—a motorcycle racing enthusiast and owner of a textile factory in Catalonia—decided he needed a simple accessory to protect his neck and head from wind chill and harsh sun during his rides.

Rojas was inspired by the idea of creating a multifunctional military-style scarf that could also serve as a mask or headband. His experimentation with different materials at his family’s textile factory led him to create a seamless microfiber cylindrical scarf. After testing prototypes with family members, friends, and fellow athletes, BUFF® launched its first collection of seamless scarves in 1992.

In 2017, BUFF® significantly expanded its range by producing not only scarves but also various headwear items suitable for both sports activities and everyday life.
