Brand

BUFF® is a Spanish brand that started its journey in 1992 when Joan Rojas, a motorcycle enthusiast and owner of a Catalan textile factory, came up with the idea of creating a simple accessory to protect the neck and head from wind, cold weather, and the scorching sun to make motorcycle rides more comfortable.

The idea was inspired by military multifunctional scarves that could be transformed into masks or headscarves. After experimenting with various materials and shapes at his family’s textile factory, Rojas found a way to produce seamless microfiber tubular scarves. Following testing by friends and family as well as fellow sports enthusiasts in 1992 BUFF® launched its first collection of seamless headbands.

In 2017 BUFF® significantly expanded its range of products by producing not only headbands but also other headwear items suitable for both sports and everyday life.
