Brand

BUFF® is a Spanish brand whose story began in 1992 when Joan Rojas, passionate about motorcycles and owner of a Catalan textile factory, came up with the idea for a simple accessory that would protect the neck and head from wind, cold,and blazing sun to make motorcycle riding more comfortable.

Rojas liked the idea of a multifunctional military-style scarf that could transform into a mask or headscarf. Experimentation at his family’s textile factory with various materials led Rojas to create a seamless microfiber tubular scarf. After prototypes were tested by family members and friends who were athletes Rojas's circle; in 1992 the first collection of seamless scarves was launched under the BUFF® brand.

In 2017 BUFF® significantly expanded its range of designs producing not only scarves but also other headwear items for sports as well as everyday life.
