Brand

BUFF® – a Spanish brand founded in 1992 by Joan Rojas, who was inspired by his passion for motorsports to create an accessory that provides comfort while riding by protecting the neck and head from wind chill and harsh sunlight.

Rojas envisioned a multifunctional military-style scarf capable of transforming into masks or headwear. After experimenting with various materials at his family's textile factory, he developed a seamless microfiber scarf. In 1992, after testing prototypes among family members and athlete friends, the first collection of seamless bandanas under the BUFF® brand was launched.

By 2017, BUFF® significantly expanded its product range beyond bandanas to include other headwear suitable for both sports and everyday life.
