Brand

BUFF® is a Spanish brand whose history began in 1992 when Joan Rojas, a motorcycle enthusiast and owner of a Catalan textile factory, came up with the idea of a simple accessory to protect the neck and head from wind, cold, and blazing sun to make motorcycle travel more comfortable.

Rojas liked the idea of a multifunctional military scarf that could be transformed into a mask or bandana. Experimenting in his family's textile factory with various materials and cut shapes culminated in Rojas finding a way to produce a seamless microfiber cylindrical scarf. After prototypes were tested by relatives, friends, and athletes known to Rojas, BUFF® launched its first collection of seamless bandanas in 1992.

In 2017, BUFF® significantly expanded its range of designs by producing not only bandanas but also other headwear items for both sports and everyday life.
