Brand

BUFF® is a Spanish brand whose history began in 1992 when Joan Rojas, a motorcycle enthusiast and owner of a Catalan textile factory, came up with the idea of a simple accessory to protect the neck and head from wind, cold, and scorching sun to make motorcycle traveling more comfortable.

Rojas liked the idea of a multifunctional military scarf that could be transformed into a mask or headscarf. Experimenting in his family's textile factory with different materials led Rojas to find a way to produce seamless microfiber tubular scarves. After prototypes were tested by family members, friends, and Rojas's athlete acquaintances, the first collection of seamless bandanas under the BUFF® brand was launched in 1992.

In 2017, BUFF® significantly expanded its range by producing not only bandanas but also other headwear items for both sports and everyday life.
