• D3O (di-three-o) is an innovative protective material that alters its properties at the molecular level upon sudden impact. This is what you need from any protection during a fall—unexpectedly powerful defense at the point of impact. During normal slow movements of expansion, stretching or bending, the material remains extremely flexible and elastic. However, under sudden compressive forces from impacts, it instantly becomes denser across its surface area, redistributing localized pressure to absorb impact energy effectively. Upon impact, its energy disperses evenly throughout the material's area significantly reducing shock force directly at the point of contact. Once the impact ceases, it returns to its original form and properties becoming soft and flexible again.
