Brand Story

Buck is a Spanish brand that started back in 1992 when Joan Rojas, a motorcycle enthusiast and owner of a Catalan textile factory, came up with the idea for a simple accessory that would protect the neck and head from wind, cold, and the scorching sun to make motorcycle riding more comfortable.

Rojas was inspired by the idea of a multifunctional military scarf that could be transformed into a mask or headband. His experimentation with various materials and cut shapes in his family’s textile factory led him to create a seamless microfiber cylindrical scarf. After testing prototypes with friends and athletes in his circle, he launched BUFF®'s first collection of seamless bandanas in 1992.

By 2017, BUFF® had significantly expanded its range of products to include not just bandanas but also various headwear items suitable for both sports and everyday life.
