Brand

BUFF® is a Spanish brand that began its journey in 1992 when Joan Rojas, a motorcycle enthusiast and owner of a Catalan textile factory, came up with the idea of creating a simple accessory to protect the neck and head from wind, cold, and blazing sun to make motorcycle travel more comfortable.

Liking the idea of a multifunctional military scarf that could be transformed into a mask or headscarf, Rojas experimented with various materials in his family’s textile factory until he found a way to produce seamless microfiber tubular scarves. After testing prototypes on friends, family members, and athletes he knew, BUFF® launched its first collection of seamless bandanas in 1992.

In 2017, BUFF® significantly expanded its range by producing not only bandanas but also other headwear items suitable for both sports and everyday life.
